The Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF) is committed to implementing high standards of ethics, integrity, transparency, and good governance. In this context, KCGF aims to create a safe and trustworthy environment where employees, associates, and other persons connected to KCGF’s activities can freely report concerns and potential irregularities.

What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is the reporting of actions or omissions that may constitute legal violations, misuse, unethical conduct, or other irregularities, as well as cases that harm or may harm the public interest.

Who Can Blow the Whistle?

Whistleblowing may be carried out by any KCGF employee or external person who reports a threat to or violation of the public interest in the context of an employment relationship with KCGF or in connection with KCGF’s activities.

How Can You Report Whistleblowing?

For cases related to employees or the activities of KCGF, whistleblowing reports may be submitted to the following email address:

For cases related to the Managing Director or members of the KCGF Board of Directors, whistleblowing reports may be submitted to the following email address:

In addition to reporting by email, whistleblowing may also be submitted in writing, by post, or verbally to the responsible officials.

Protection and Confidentiality

KCGF ensures the protection of the whistleblower’s identity, the confidentiality of the source of information, and protection against detrimental actions. Information related to whistleblowing is treated confidentially, in accordance with the internal procedure and applicable legislation on whistleblower protection.

How is Whistleblowing Handled?

All whistleblowing reports are received and handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and due care, in accordance with the Procedure for the Receipt and Handling of Whistleblowing Cases and applicable legislation on whistleblower protection.
