The Statute of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF) is the fundamental act governing the organization, operations, and governance of the KCGF, in accordance with Law No. 05/L-057 on the Establishment of the KCGF.
The Statute defines, among other things, the functions and responsibilities of the KCGF, the powers and responsibilities of its governing bodies, decision-making procedures, operational organization, financial management, transparency, and other matters related to the functioning of the Fund.
The current Statute was approved by the KCGF Board of Directors on June 20, 2025, and entered into force on the date of approval.
