Founded by three members of the Hyseni family, Loni Dekor began its journey as a small workshop. Through hard work, continuous investment and an unwavering commitment to quality, the company steadily evolved into one of the most advanced manufacturers in its sector in Kosovo.
Today, the factory spans approximately 17,000 square metres and employs around 240 professionals. Equipped with multiple state-of-the-art production lines and fully digitalised processes, the company has established an efficient manufacturing model that ensures high quality, flexibility and competitiveness in international markets.
Beyond manufacturing, Loni Dekor offers a comprehensive customer-oriented approach. Professional consulting, on-site measurements and customized design services are among the value-added solutions that distinguish the company in the market and make it a trusted partner for its clients.
Approximately half of the company’s production is supplied to the domestic market, while the remaining half is exported to European countries, including Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other international markets. This balanced presence in both domestic and international markets is the result of continuous investment in technology, innovation and high production standards.
A major milestone in the company’s development was the construction of its new factory in 2013, an investment that laid the foundation for expanding production capacity and fully modernizing its manufacturing processes. At the same time, the company has invested in renewable energy. Although there is still unused generation capacity, it has installed solar panels as part of its long-term vision for a sustainable business with a positive environmental impact.
Financial support has also played a significant role in the company’s journey towards expanding exports and increasing production capacity. Through the Export Window of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF), the company has gained improved access to finance, enabling new investments and strengthening its competitiveness in international markets.
