WHISTLEBLOWING

The Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF) is an independent, autonomous legal entity, established by its own Law. KCGF aims to establish and implement the highest ethical principles and values of good governance. These rules and principles are based on social responsibility, transparency, and integrity of the institution. They can be implemented if they are communicated, understood, and accepted by all employees as well as other external parties with whom it cooperates.

KCGF creates an environment where employees, associates, and other persons in the context of the employment relationship with KCGF or related to the activities of KCGF, feel free and safe to raise their voice against unethical behaviour, irregularities, misuse, or other alleged legal violations and to report on acts or omissions that affect their rights or pose a threat or damage of the public interest.

KCGF, in accordance with the whistleblowing procedure, has appointed responsible officials for receiving and handling whistleblowing cases. The employees of KCGF or external persons in the context of the employment relationship with KCGF or affected by KCGF’s activity can report cases of whistleblowing to the responsible official at the email address: [email protected] 

Whistleblowing related to the managing director or the members of the board of directors of KCGF can be reported to the responsible official at the email address: [email protected]  In addition to the possibility in electronic form, whistleblowing can also be presented in writing or orally to the responsible officials.

Issues reported through whistleblowing will be received and handled by the responsible officials of the institution in accordance with the procedure for receiving and handling whistleblowing cases and the applicable law on protection of whistleblowers.
