Besnik has more than 15 years of working experience in the banking sector in Kosovo and Albania. During his professional experience at the bank, he has worked in various managerial positions, mainly focusing on the development of the banking business in the SME sector. Recent positions include member of board, responsible for business development at ProCredit Bank Kosovo and later in ProCredit Bank Albania. Besnik is an expert in banking and has extensive experience with SMEs, challenges and opportunities that these business structures are facing in the market. In KCGF, Besnik is a Managing Director and member of the Board as ex officio member. Besnik has graduated from the Faculty of Economics in the University of Prishtina, and holds a Master degree in Business Administration – Financial Management of the University of Ljubljana. Alban has over 11 years of experience in the banking sector. He served in various managerial positions, such as Business Credit Allocation Manager, Deputy Director of Commercial and Corporate Department, and Credit Coordinator.
In KCGF, Alban is responsible for credit and operational risk. Alban is economist with profession with title in Bank and Finance, and has completed Master studies in Business Administration in the University of Ljubljana – Slovenia.

Environmental and Social Expert
Blert has several years of experience in the sector of environment and renewable energy. Previously, he was engaged as an environmental and social expert for drafting of Environmental and Social Management Plan and Environmental Impact Assessment according to World Bank policies. He also did project management and supervision of solar energy projects.
In KCGF, Blert is responsible for implementation of Environmental and Social Management System. He is an Environmental Engineer with profession and has completed Master degree in the University of Tallinn – Estonia.

Finance and Administration Assistant
Burbuqe has long experience in the banking sector. She served in ProCredit Bank in the Department of Credit and Business Support mainly in the field of credit administration.
In KCGF she is engaged in the Department of Finance and Administration for work related to the relevant field, supported by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Burbuqe is graduated in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina, Department of Banking and Finance, while continuing her studies at the Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo.

Credit Risk Expert for Project Financing
Jeton has more than 8 years of experience in the banking sector. He has served in various positions within the Credit Risk department at ProCredit Bank. Prior to this period, he also had experience in the field of finance in Non-Governmental Organizations.
In KCGF Jeton is engaged in the implementation of the project of Independent Producers of Electricity from Renewable Energy Sources (RE), a project supported by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics, as well as a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Prishtina. Also in 2017 he graduated from the Young Banker Academy at the ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany. During 2019 he has earned the title of Certified Accountant at SCAAK.

Kastriot has more than 13 years of experience in the banking sector. During this time, he has served in developing the agribusiness portfolio in ProCredit Bank and lately in TEB Bank, where he had successfully established Agribusiness Department and supported the development and launching of tailor-made and unique products designed for farmers. Before the banking sector, he has experience with foreign development organizations in supporting the consolidation of dairy processing sector. Furthermore, he has experience in lecturing the Common Agriculture Policies of European Union.
In KCGF, Kastriot is responsible for the implementation of Agro Window, a project supported by the German Government, mediated through by the German Development Bank – KfW. Kastriot is veterinary doctor with profession, and has graduated in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine within Agriculture University of Tirana. He has Master of Science degree in the same University and ongoing Master degree in European Economic Studies in Kosovo.

Senior Guarantee Manager
Nora has more than 14 years of experience in the banking sector in Kosovo. She served mainly in managerial positions as Head of Product Management, Head of Small Businesses and Agriculture Department, and Branch Manager. She was engaged in many areas related to the banking development, such as preparation of the Business Strategy, Credit Risk Policies and Procedures, contributing to the establishment of the Environmental Unit at her bank as well as other human resources issues, such as recruitment and staff training. She was also engaged as a lecturer at the ProCredit Training Center, the Regional Academy in Veles, and ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt.
In KCGF, Nora is responsible for guarantee portfolio development and relationship with relevant stakeholders. Nora is an economist with a degree in Management and Informatics, and has completed her Master studies in General International Management.

Tea Blakaj Hoxha
Senior Legal Officer
Tea has more than 8 years of experience in the field of justice, starting from the experience with the private sector through the Office for legal consulting “Pallaska & Associates” to the drafting of commercial justice policies at the Government level, as external legal advisor in the Ministry of Justice. During her three-year tenure at the Ministry of Justice, Tea has been one of the key experts who drafted the Rule of Law Functional Review reform. Within this reform, Tea has been the leader of the working groups for the functioning of the judiciary and the prosecution, as well as has actively served in the drafting of commercial justice policies, which culminated in the drafting of the concept paper for the establishment of the Commercial Court. Tea also continues to work with the American Chamber of Commerce in Pristina on commercial arbitration matters.
In KCGF Tea serves as Senior Legal Officer. She has graduated on low faculty of the University of Sarajevo where she completed her master studies, and where she also worked as an assistant professor in the subject of Private International Law and Arbitration.

Administrative and Language Assistant
Vera is Administrative and Language Assistant, with 5 years of experience in the private and independent sector. She has served as Key Account Manager at the private advertising company Advertising Studio D-Line, and before that as a Sector Assistant in the EMPOWER Private Sector / USAID project.
In KCGF, Vera is responsible for execution of administrative work around the office, assistance in organizing events and assisting in translation of internal documentation. Vera holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree from the University of Prishtina.
