BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with its founding legislation the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members:
A.One ex-officio member appointed by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Republic of Kosovo;
B.One ex-officio member appointed by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers of the Republic of Kosovo;
- Four independent members, appointed by donors, and
The KCGF Managing Director.
