Today, the Deputy Minister of Finance, Agim Krasniqi, and the Managing Director of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund, Besnik Berisha, signed the Subsidiary Agreement in the amount of about 22.3 million euros.

This agreement, which comes as a result of the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the World Bank for the Financial Sector Strengthening Project, will increase the capital of the #KosovarGuaranteeFund to further support the private sector needs for short-term liquidity and investment through the creation of windows guarantees for certain market segments, such as women in business, young entrepreneurs, the manufacturing sector, the agricultural sector.

This agreement further strengthens the role of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund in efforts to combat the negative effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
